Weight: 24
Kids: yes, older (<8)
Cats: no
Dogs: yes
Fenced Yard: no preference

KNOWN HEALTH PROBLEMS / CONSIDERATIONS:
Harley has arthritis and IVDD, so he must always be carried up and down the stairs and must not be allowed to jump on or off the furniture! He had disc surgery prior to surrender.

Harley has a left luxating patella that is not symptomatic at this time. He has stenotic nares and must be monitored in warm weather.

Harley is a classic black-masked fawn, but his wild days are over. This senior gent just wants to retire in style, lazing around in comfort and surrounded by his loved ones. Give him a chew toy and he’s happy. He’s even willing to share--when his foster sibling has a toy, he simply waits until it’s his turn, or for his foster mom to give it back to him.

Harley does have some health issues to consider. He has some arthritis and IVDD, so no stairs for him. He must be carried up and down steps, and is not allowed to jump on or off furniture. His back is arched, possibly from earlier surgeries, and he has a little lump under his chin that needs to be watched. He is on a semi-raw diet to keep everything running smoothly.

This old man likes a laid-back lifestyle. He has spent time with other dogs and older children, but he shouldn’t be allowed to have any rough play because of his back. He is more of a follower than a leader, so he has been the perfect henchman for Frenchie shenanigans. He has been using a doggy door to the fenced yard, sleeps in his crate, and would be happy pretty much anywhere--home or office. He’s too big to fly, but he would be a great road tripper!

Harley is a senior fella who deserves to live out the rest of his days being pampered. He is a loafer and a happy camper. He's a very laid back senior dog that just wants to love on his own terms.

FBRN does not ship dogs as cargo, so adopters are expected to pick up their dogs from their foster family.

FBRN dogs are in foster care in people's private homes. For the foster families' safety, we do not disclose specific locations, and we don't set up meet and greets prior to applications. For detailed information about the dogs in our care, please read the extensive bios on each dog.
