"Tautou is such brave little soul with so much love to give! She crossed the ocean to find her American dream and forever home! She is a total drama queen and I love that! So much personality! She talks to you, smiles at you and will keep you entertained. She brings you her favorite treats or toys and just wants to lie in your lap! The best cuddle bug ever! And so beautiful! Her face looks like she has permanant make up!"

The adorable, pied Tautou has made her way onto the available page. This drama queen landed safely in FBRN's arms after she came from Turkey. She's now looking for a forever home that she can grace with her presence.

Tautou is currently on a raw diet, has allergies, and had a heart murmur because of being severely malnourished. The heart murmur has since corrected itself. She also takes daily supplements and a salmon oil. She is being treated with CBD oil due to her anxiety and PTSD.

Tautou is fond of children of all ages, but would do best going to a home with children older than 8. This is because she can jump and scare younger children. She also does well with dogs, except for the dogs that she came from Turkey with. Tautou has is triggered by them and has attacked/will attack them. There has only been one other dog at the park that she has tried this with, and seems to be calmer around other dogs. She is currently food aggressive and should be fed separately from other dogs. This is most likely because she was so malnourished when she came or previously had to fight for food.

Much like the movie star she's named after Tautou is a drama queen. She loves to talk, argue, and tell you what she wants. She has some spunk and will not be shy about getting what she wants. Tautou loves her walks, and can't resist acknowledging an empty lap by giving "the look." She has the smarts to match her beauty. She also loves food and isn't particular about what it is as long as she can eat it. It's hard to determine if this is a girl who loves car rides or walks better.

Tautou is housebroken. She would do well going to a single person or family that has previous dog experience. She would love if there were older children in her new home. IWhile Tautou could adapt to either being a city girl or a country girl, it is required that she have a fenced yard or be leashed. Her new people should know about closing the doors to keep her inside and safe. What Frenchie girl wouldn't love having a human to stay home all day with her? Tautou knows this might not be possible and is fine with a mid day break or could adjust to accompanying someone to the office.

Tautou's foster mom had this to say about her:"Tautou is such brave little soul with so much love to give!

If you're looking for the type of foreign romance they portray in the movies, then look no further than Tautou. She'd love it if you could return the love she has to give while being patient with her issues from her previous life. All you need to do is fill out an application and be ready to pick her up if you are selected as her forever home.

FBRN does not ship dogs as cargo, so adopters are expected to pick up their dogs from their foster family.

FBRN dogs are in foster care in people's private homes. For the foster families' safety, we do not disclose specific locations, and we don't set up meet and greets prior to applications. For detailed information about the dogs in our care, please read the extensive bios on each dog.

ABOUT TAUTOU:

Tautou has several allergies including storage mites and to feel her best, she should remain on her present raw diet and supplements.

Tautou has a high prey drive and must never be around cats, birds, or other small animals. She has food aggression and must fed separately from other dogs. A slow intro is required if there are other dogs in the home.

Tautou has separation anxiety, and she takes CBD oil.
