Five year old Buzz was surrendered by his former family due to financial difficulty. He is a hearty and hale bundle of busy brindle joy. This is a case where the name definitely fits the dog, as this guy loves nothing more than to buzz around the house making sure he is involved in all the fun and games. He loves adults, kids (any size), dogs, and even cats. But people are his number one.

Buzz enjoys chewing on toys – LOTS of toys, and he does not guard them from other dogs or people. Keep the toy basket full and you will have a happy boy. Run low and watch out! Buzz may decide to buzz through something not meant for Frenchie chompers. He is always happy and curious, and would do best in an active household where there is lots going on and he gets lots of attention. Other dogs would be fine – he gets along with pretty much all of them, but he is so people-centric that he really doesn’t need the competition of a bunch of other canines. One would be good, none would be fine also.

A lover of “THE WALK”, Buzz is great on a leash. He likes to romp in a fenced backyard too, but as long as he gets some nice ambles around the neighborhood, a turn at a friendly dog park, and some zoomies around the living room a fenced yard is not a strict requirement. Buzz has nice house manners, though he has had no formal obedience training that we can detect. He is housebroken and crate trained. You could say that Buzz is very food motivated! Obsessed might be a better description. Don’t leave food where he can get it, because he will pull out his little tool kit and get busy.

Any number of situations would suit Buzz to a “T”. He would thrive in a busy household with kids, or with a devoted couple or single person to dote on him. He is not a barker and would love to go to work with his people though he would also be fine with a mid-day break. Hmm….house, townhome, apartment or yurt? All are fine with Buzz.

Buzz’s foster mom says he is a natural clown who is in love with life. He wants to be right in the middle of whatever is going on, no matter what it is! He’s happy to play with toys or romp around or go for walks or just hang out with folks on the couch.

Have you heard the Buzz? He’s available! If you want in on the next big thing, put in your application today. Better plan on showing up in person for a one on one gossip session though, because although Buzz is a mover and a shaker, he’s living it up in Ohio and he will not be shipped!
