Rocco is back! He went walkabout just a few too many times, so he is now back with FBRN and he must go to a home with a yard that can be secured.

This gentle, sweet boy is easy-going enough to live with kids and dogs of any age and size.

Though Rocco has had no obedience training, he is so well-mannered and laid-back that he doesn't seem to miss them. He is that rare Frenchie: completely housebroken! He's also crate-trained. Rocco appears to be an old soul, a loving companion who doesn't have a mischievous bone in his body.

He may be an old soul, but that doesn't mean he can't enjoy some Frenchie funtime. He loves to play with other dogs, to gnaw on a Nylabone, and to snuggle up to his person on the couch.

Though we'd like to place Rocco in a home where someone is home most of the day, we'll consider a working home if someone can come home at lunch or a dog-walker can stop by at noon. He'd be a fabulous commuting buddy and officemate if your workplace allows dogs.

We'd like Rocco's new home to have a fenced yard so he can romp and play. He also loves walks, but his family must be willing to keep him on the leash so he doesn't wander. It would be great if Rocco could go to a home with another dog who would like to play with him. It would also be nice to see Rocco in a home with children, because he could be such a great family dog.

His foster mom can't say enough about how lovable and darling Rocco is. Here are a few last words about what she hopes for him: "It has been such a pleasure to foster Rocco, and I just want him to have a wonderful loving home that will appreciate what a wonderful little boy he is."
