Our tiniest Detective and Sherlock are working on their latest mystery. Who is going to adopt Watson? It seems there will be lots of twists and turns in the plot, with plenty of clues and details to unravel before the mystery is solved. It will take the help of many French Bulldog Rescue Network volunteers to piece the puzzle together, and find the best forever home for tiny Watson.
At four months old, Watson is ready to embark on a new facet of his life. He has been neutered and vaccinated, and is twelve pied pounds of mystery and intrigue. No mystery is what he loves best; everything. He is living with four children under the age of five years, an English bulldog and a standard poodle. Fun is being had by all, except for the kitty who Watson will chaseif allowed. The kitty is busy packing his little Frenchie satchel waiting for the day when Watson moves out and a sense of order is restored to his home. Watson is a playful pooch, high energy and always on the go! There's never enough time for play or chewing. A forever family with puppy insight will have plenty of squeaky toys available for Watson as a diversion from the sofa cushion or the table leg. Watson has few needs for a permanent dwelling. As long as there are toys, he is home. A fenced yard is a requirement for our little Detective, as he loves to run and needs an outlet for his energy stored up during nappy time. We are looking for a family with the ability to entertain and the stamina to keep up with a four month old pup.
We also request the family to be aware of the commitment of housetraining a puppy, as Watson will need continued guidance in this area. Once he becomes accustomed to his new schedule and with his forever family offering continuity, his housetraining will follow. He would love to attend obedience school or puppy kindergarten so that he has exposure to other busy boys like himself, as he gains self-confidence away from the big dogs in his foster family. Being a puppy, Watson will need a *minimum* of a noontime visit for playing outside and attending to his business. Though he is crate-trained, he will have accidents if not taken out on regular intervals by either a family member or petsitter/ dogwalker. In time, Watson could perhaps join you at the office for workdays. Presently, he is quite busy and you might be distracted from the computer by his antics, as it is hard to focus if someone is nibbling on your shoe or pulling your pants leg.
If you want to help us reveal the latest chapter in the life of Watson, please apply for him and put this mystery to rest. Be prepared to travel to Omaha, Nebraska for tiny Watson as he will not be shipped.
