Frank is a former puppy mill dog. The family that took him in found him hard to housebreak, and he was spending his days outside in the sizzling Texas heat. We are glad someone pointed them towards FBRN, and we'll be focusing on making sure Frank is clear on the concept of house manners.

We hope that his vet visit shows him to be heartworm-free and healthy, but at the time of this update we have yet to hear the results of his tests.
