Lollypop is a precious little treat who was surrendered to FBRN by a couple who didn’t feel like they were able to give this little ball of energy what she needed. Her former owners loved her very much and did their best to give her the best care they could. She came to us with all the trappings of a cherished family pet, and we are humbled to be entrusted with the duty of finding her forever home.
Lollypop is full throttle all the time. She has tons of energy, and all of that go-go-go can result in her being a little too much. She loves to play with other dogs, but sometimes she doesn’t know when to quit. Or rather, perhaps it’s that she doesn’t know when the other dogs are done. Lollypop loves to run and run, so she’ll likely make a great candidate for agility or a wonderful running partner. While in foster care, she’ll get some work on leash manners and controlling some of that excitability. So far, she’s doing well responding to corrections and becoming more polite on a leash. Like most Frenchies, Lollypop is an attention junkie, so she’s eager to please, as long as it means more love and attention from her people.
