What could possibly be more scrumptious than a Lorna Doone shortbread cookie? Our newest foster Lorna, of course!
Miss Lorna is a 4 year old honey pied little biscuit with a long history for such a short life. She started out as a breeding dog who was then surrendered to a rescue organization. From there little Lorna was adopted by a woman with a multiple dog household. Lorna reportedly didn’t fare well there and was once again turned over to rescue – FBRN!
Every once in a while even sugary sweet cookies can be bad. Miss Lorna’s motto is “it’s good to be the queen!” and thus, she does not tolerate any other dogs. She even has the most laid-back submissive boy in her foster home running scared!
On the up side, Lorna just adores people of all shapes and sizes! She has already charmed her foster dad into sleeping with her at night in the spare bedroom so she won’t have to be alone. A woman’s wiles….
So far Lorna appears to be in good health. She has some allergies which will be sorted out the best they can during her stay in foster care. She also has a strange little tail which will be addressed at her next vet visit.
Will you help make Lorna’s next stop her final forever home? Just click on her photo to sponsor this sweet little biscuit and look for her on the Available page soon!
