In memory of Monroe, an exceptional and much loved French Bulldog owned and loved for eleven years by Bill Chapman and his partner Dennis. Monroe was a dignified fixture in Bill's elegant office and a faithful companion and participant in many community and Board meetings.  

Other dogs go for walks - Monroe went for constitutionals as befitted his mannered approach to life.  As Bill noted in an email informing his friends of Monroe's death, Monroe had eleven great years, and 36 hours of misery.
