READ BEFORE SUBMITTING! I understand that dogs placed by the French Bulldog Rescue Network have received necessary veterinary care, have been spayed or neutered, have been tested to be free of heartworm, and have received additional veterinary care as needed, thanks to the generosity of the benefactors who donate to the French Bulldog Rescue Network. Adoption fees received for our rescue dogs account for a significant percentage of those donations. I have answered all of the questions contained in the French Bulldog Rescue Network Adoption Application truthfully, to the best of my knowledge and ability. I understand that, if for any reason, I can no longer care for or keep a dog that the French Bulldog Rescue Network has placed with me, I must return it directly to the French Bulldog Rescue Network, and I will sign all necessary papers for the surrender of the dog. By submitting this form, I hereby make application to the French Bulldog Rescue Network to be considered for the purpose of giving a French Bulldog a permanent home.
