Holy handsome, Batman! (Or should we say bat-eared-dog?). This absolute looker is named Codi, and we couldn’t be happier to welcome him into the FBRN fold…even if those rugged good looks are making us a little light-headed. Codi came to FBRN after a severe health issue left his original owner unable to provide the care and attention an energetic young Frenchie needs. We wish Codi’s former family nothing but the best, and promise to find this sweet boy an absolutely perfect forever home.

At just 2 years old, Codi is exuberant and then some! He’s built like a tank and doesn’t seem to realize his own strength, which means that his zoomie sessions are reminiscent of a smoosh-faced bull in a china shop. With a face that cute, any collateral damage is instantly forgiven; however, foster mom will definitely be working with Codi on proper doggie manners. Fortunately, Codi is as smart as he is handsome, so we don’t foresee any problems on that front. Plus, his stocky physique makes him the perfect size for hugging, and his cuddling skills are top notch.

Health-wise, Codi seems to be in pretty good shape, although he does suffer from those dreaded Frenchie itchies. Next on his schedule (somewhere between walkies and snuggles) is a visit to the vet, so we can address those allergies and make sure that his insides are as perfect as his outside.
