Not to be confused with “Roseanne,” our lovely 3-year-old Rosanne is as sweet as they come. Arriving from a commercial breeder, life in a foster home has definitely been an adjustment for this delightful gal as she learns what it’s like to be a beloved pet. So far, she is nailing it!
Rosanne has been settling in and learning the ropes – and the beauty of a predictable and happy routine. She loves being out in the backyard and watching the people and pets go by in the park on the other side of the fence. But it’s not all games and relaxation. Rosanne is learning “down,” “sit,” “wait,” and how to walk nicely on the leash. Her canine foster sister has taught her how to play and play and play. Sometimes that involves toys, balls, stolen shoes, or absconded vacuum cleaner attachments. What would a Frenchie be without some sort of assorted Frenchie mischief?
And what would a Frenchie be without a few little allergies? Rosanne’s skin, paws, and ears were in pretty bad shape upon arrival but are already improving with medicated baths and much-needed attention. She is getting caught up on her vaccines and will soon be spayed; no more litters for this young mama! If sweet, cuddly, silly, engaging, wonderful, and joyful pups are your cup of tea, Rosanne fits the bill and would love to have a few financial sponsors.
