Please welcome Rowan to FBRN! This handsome three-year-old came to FBRN when his previous owner could no longer manage his medical needs. Rowan faced a serious case of pneumonia and widespread inflammation that required a 10-day hospital stay, but this resilient boy fought his way through and is now healthy, happy, and ready to enjoy life.

With his newfound energy, Rowan is always up for an adventure. He loves meeting new people, playing with balls and stuffed toys, and staying close to his humans. If you are missing a sock or two, check Rowan’s favorite hiding spot. He has a knack for collecting laundry and happily suckling on his prized treasures. He gets along well with other dogs, is curious about cats, and is working on transitioning from potty pads to doing all of his business outside.

Rowan did experience a bout of back pain, so he will need to avoid excessive stairs and jumping. He can also regurgitate if he eats or drinks too quickly, so mealtimes require a little supervision. Otherwise, this happy-go-lucky boy is thriving and showing everyone what a gem he is.
