Please give the biggest welcome to Ayla! She has been through more than your average 4-month-old pied puppy. After Ayla stopped acting like herself, her family unfortunately could not afford to get her the care she needed. FBRN instantly took this sweet girl in to get a diagnosis. Things were very touch-and-go at the beginning due to extreme weight loss, endless testing, neuro visits, and a feeding tube installment. Thankfully, with incredible veterinarians and the diligent care of her foster mom, Ayla has persevered and started to act like your typical Frenchie puppy! Once she was diagnosed and on an antibiotic regimen, Ayla also started eating on her own and put back on much needed weight.

Ayla’s foster mom now describes her as an “adorable little tornado,” as her personality has started to show through. She loves running through the house taking out anything in her path. This little warrioress is an absolute love bug who adores playing with her foster sisters, squeaking any toy she can find, and relaxing in her fluffy pink bed. Anyone who meets Ayla instantly falls in love with her adorable disposition.

While potty training is moving along nicely, she is still currently waiting for her spay, microchip, and vaccinations. Ayla will need to continue to be monitored to determine if the antibiotic treatment is going to help her long term so that she can move on to her forever home.
