It’s Rugby season at FBRN! Rugby is a handsome seven-year-old pied boy who came to FBRN when his elderly owner could no longer keep him. Rugby was the star player in his old scrum and got nothing but the best treatment. Now that Rugby has been settling in with his temporary team, his new coaches have found him to be the best team player! He will even run a few plays with the resident cat. It is likely he will receive the sportsmanship award.

Rugby is one of the largest Frenchie players on the field, at a whopping 38 pounds. Despite his large size, though, he has not shown any reason to be in the sin bin. He is as sweet and easy-going as can be. He is stuck to his props and stays in the scrum every chance he gets. He has been found to have a bald patch or two, but it isn’t from rough play – Rugby has seasonal alopecia. The team doctor says that some daily medicine should fix that right up, though.

Rugby needs to have a little more medical attention before he is taken off the IR list and is ready for the big match. He sure would like some help from his fans and Alickadoos!
