Bright and shiny, please welcome beautiful Penelope to FBRN. This perfect fawn girl was tearfully surrendered by a young family who had difficulty juggling a special needs dog with their busy life. Penny herniated a disc in her back that left her permanently paralyzed, but her foster mom says she doesn’t know it! She is a super energetic three-year-old and loves hanging out with her new pack.
