Say hello to the adorable Phoebe! This 1.5-year-old beauty was pulled from a shelter after being found as a stray. Phoebe is settling in wonderfully to her foster home, and her personality is really starting to shine. She’s an outgoing girl who loves to make new friends, is friendly with other dogs, knows her basic commands, and walks nicely on leash.

Right now, Phoebe is being treated for some skin allergies and an ear infection, but she’s already looking and feeling much better with a little TLC. Her foster mom describes her as incredibly snuggly and happiest when she’s curled up right next to her person. Phoebe will be heading to the vet this week for her initial checkup, and we’ll share more updates and photos soon as we get to know this sweet girl better.
