On December 3, 2020 we put Piper to sleep. Piper suffered from a damaged spine (3 disks) and the X-rays showed a spot suspected to be bone cancer. We will miss Piper like crazy. She was such an extraordinary being. Always loving, funny and obedient. Smart and caring. Warm and soft. Strong, brave and tough. In her last year she was over the moon with her playmate Ziggy, who stayed on her side till the end. God, how we will miss Piper.
