“Case is an amazing Frenchie! He loves everyone and everything! He rarely barks, but does vocalize his disdain of being crated if his human is home. He loves to give “Frenchie hugs and kisses” by placing his front paws on your shoulder when you come home and sit on the couch. He then proceeds to give kisses all over your face (if you let him). He will stare deeply into your eyes when he’s content on your lap! He does need someone who understands how to limit his water intake or willing to clean up the water regurgitation. He deserves a home where he can be with either a person or another dog whenever possible, or someone willing to take him on playdates. He is a truly sweet and loving boy!

Story
Super handsome Case has made his way to the available page! This good-looking boy came to FBRN when his previous owner realized they could not dedicate enough time to his care. Thankfully he’s been thriving while with his foster home and is now ready to find his forever home.
While he is generally a healthy pup, Case has stressed induced GI issues. When he becomes stressed or has a change in environment his stool becomes very soft. It has never caused an issue or accidents in terms of potty accidents, but it is an issue his forever home should be aware of. For this reason, he should be kept on his sensitive stomach diet and he should continue on his daily probiotic.
Case absolutely loves kids of any age and other dogs. He currently lives with two children under the age of seven and adores them. He doesn’t mind a little rough handling from the little ones and is the ultimate sidekick for children. He also loves other dogs. He’s a bit leery of big dogs initially, but once he’s adjusted, he’s everyone’s best friend.
Looks aren’t Case’s only strength, he is also one smart cookie! During his time in foster care, he has learned some new tricks. He can give a high five, knows how to play soccer, and has devised a method to always get his favorite spot regardless of what obstacle may be in his way. Case loves to snuggle and sleep with his humans or other dog friends. Depending on what’s happening around him, Case adapts and can be an energizer bunny or couch potato.
Case isn’t exactly the most self-aware pup when it comes to his size and can sometimes be a bull in a china shop. While he may not know his own size, he is small at heart and is submissive to other dogs in the house. He loves hard Nyla bones, cow hooves, and anything he can chew (including sticks). He loves playing ball and will even carry one in his mouth while playing soccer. He will sing the song of his Frenchie people if he is crated when he knows people are around.
Case would do well in any home. If he will not be leashed when outside in a yard, he will need a fence. He has a soft spot for chasing squirrels and will run after them. He would do great with a family with children, as he would love all the attention. If there are dogs in the family already, even better. He would also do well as an only dog, as long as he could have play dates with other dogs. Case is house and crate trained and will scratch to let you know he needs to go out. Case loves to eat and will push submissive dogs out of the way so he can help himself. There is no aggression he just can’t get enough food!
Case’s foster mom had this to say about him, “Case is an amazing Frenchie! If you have the room in both your heart and family to give Case the attention and love he deserves, then all you need to do is click on the link to apply for him. After that be ready to pick him up should you be selected.
FBRN does not ship dogs as cargo, so adopters are expected to pick up their dogs from their foster family.
FBRN dogs are in foster care in people’s private homes. For the foster families’ safety, we do not disclose specific locations, and we don’t set up meet and greets prior to applications. For detailed information about the dogs in our care, please read the extensive bios on each dog.
About Case
Case has stress-induced GI issues, and must remain on Sensitive Stomach dog food and daily probiotics. He should only be offered limited amounts of water to help reduce the chance of regurgitation, and he may benefit from nares surgery in the future.
