“This fluffy Frenchie baby is 5 months old and very involved in everything I do. She’s curious, inquisitive, and always into something. She loves toys, adores other dogs (and will bark if they don’t play with her), and is happiest curled up snuggling with her people after a busy day. New things can be a little scary, so she’ll need a patient family to help her build confidence. She’s a total doll baby with classic Frenchie sass and opinions.”

Story
Please welcome Joy to the available page! Joy is five-month-old fluffy puppy whose name truly fits her personality. This sweet girl is affectionate, resilient, and ready to start her next chapter with a family of her own.
Joy came into FBRN’s care after being surrendered by her previous when her medical needs proved to be more than they expected. She needed emergency surgery to repair a rectal prolapse and treatment for a stubborn UTI and coccidia. Despite everything she has been through at such a young age, Joy has remained gentle, social, and eager to connect with the people around her. She is now feeling much better and continuing to move forward.
In her foster home, Joy is showing just how much potential she has. She enjoys spending time with people, does well with other dogs, and is still very much a puppy who benefits from structure, consistency, and guidance. She is learning the ropes of daily life (and potty training) and will thrive with an adopter who is committed to continuing her training and helping her grow into a confident adult. Another playful buddy in her future home that could show her the ropes would be a big plus.
Because of her age and energy level, Joy will do best in a home that understands the needs of a young French bulldog. She wants to put everything in her mouth, so requires supervision when outside. As she refines her potty training and outdoor manners, leashed walks would be best for her.
Her foster family has this to say, “this fluffy Frenchie baby is 5 months old and very involved in everything I do.
Joy has already overcome more than most dogs her age, and she’s ready to settle into a stable, loving home. If you’re looking for a young Frenchie with a sweet nature and a bright future ahead, Joy may be the perfect match.
FBRN does not ship dogs as cargo, so adopters are expected to pick up their dogs from their foster family.
FBRN dogs are in foster care in people’s private homes. For the foster families’ safety, we do not disclose specific locations, and we don’t set up meet and greets prior to applications. For detailed information about the dogs in our care, please read the extensive bios on each dog.
