Please welcome FBRN’s newest handsome hunk, Bean! This sweet boy has recently found his way into rescue after his previous family made the difficult decision to surrender him when they could no longer afford his medical care. Despite everything he’s been through, and the discomfort he is undoubtedly experiencing, he has remained incredibly sweet, gentle, and trusting.

Since arriving in foster care, he has been settling into his decompression period quite well. He has a calm, agreeable nature and is taking all the recent changes in stride. His foster family reports that he appears to be both crate-trained and potty trained, making him an easy addition to a lucky family’s home. When meeting other dogs through gates, he has shown polite and appropriate behavior, displaying no barking, lunging, or growling. So far, he seems quite dog-friendly and interested in making canine friends.

As he continues to settle in and receive the care he deserves, his personality will absolutely start to show more and more each day. We’re excited to learn more about this resilient boy and help him find the loving forever home he’s been waiting for.
