Sweet Brynn is a ~four-year-old momma who came to FBRN from a commercial breeding operation in crisis while in active labor with a puppy stuck. One of our incredible volunteers rushed her to the vet, where she underwent an emergency c-section and spay. Sadly, her single pup did not survive. After a night with another devoted volunteer, Brynn made her way to foster care, where her new life officially began.

Understandably, Brynn has had a rough start. In just a few days she endured surgery, loss, travel, and more change than she’d ever known. With supportive medication, rest, and reassurance, she’s already showing signs of improvement. She’s still working through a low appetite and some post-op incontinence, but she’s gentle, patient with handling, and beginning to explore the luxuries of real dog life: soft beds, safe humans, and Nylabones.
