This handsome four-year-old boy came to rescue after a change in his previous owner’s personal circumstances meant they could no longer give him the time he deserved. Now, Howie is settling into foster care and making a wonderful first impression.

Howie is a sweet, well-mannered guy with a fun-loving personality. Aside from some general itchiness, he appears to be healthy and is looking forward to his upcoming veterinary visit. As he gets comfortable in his foster home, we cannot wait to learn even more about what makes this handsome boy so special.
