Hi. I’m Deuce. I am a SPBNM (single platinum blond neutered male) looking for a ELFF (extremely loving furever family). I love spending time with my humans, long walks on the beach and chillin’ with my fur-homies. I am a pretty quiet guy and love to be wherever you are. I tend to go with the flow and am pretty low maintenance. If you want to take things slow, I will be happy to sleep in my crate nearby until you are ready for me to share your bed. Do you have children? I am completely ok with that! Do you have dogs? Even better, as I do not like to go it alone. Ever. My foster mom says I sing the blues a bit too loud for close-by neighbors when I am left by myself. So, an apartment or condo would not be the best digs for me. Are you a foodie? Me, too! Food is one of my favorite things and I will do just about anything for it. My other hobbies include playing tug of war, making things squeak and snuggling in laps.

My ideal match would be someone who works from home or can take me to the office with them. I would prefer a house with a yard, so I can do my business outside without others watching, but I don’t mind having to use public facilities, if need be. I’d also prefer someone who is very into skin care – you see, I tend to get itchy and have developed infections when I skip “spa days.”

This is what my foster family says about me, “Deuce is very smart, and picks up on things quickly. He plays very well and prefers to be with us and his foster siblings at all times. His favorite things are lap naps and cuddles, playtime including zoomies, treats after potty time, and any and all food. We have grown very fond of him and hope to find him a home that will enjoy him as much as we have.”

FBRN does not ship dogs as cargo. Adopters are expected to pick up their dogs from their foster family. In rare or unusual cases, FBRN may be able to assist in transporting a dog to a volunteer near the adopter’s home, but the expense of transporting the dog must be the responsibility of the adopting party.
