Look who has hit the available stage – STELLA!!!!! This honey of a girl has been spayed and treated for heartworms and is ready to be the star in your show! She will go to Tennessee with a guy named William, if that is how the script is written. She doesn’t care, as long as she can be someone’s Best Supporting Actress!

Stella had a rough start to life – her first act found her as a stray on the streets and then giving birth in a shelter. Her babies did not make it, but Stella is a fighter and she pulled through. Despite her life experiences, she is as sweet and loving as they come, and is always trying to make friends. She lives to make those around her happy. All she asks for is a warm bed, an open lap and an occasional ride in the car. She will snuggle with you, but also likes to have her own space. She is not needy and takes things as they come. She truly is a gem.

Stella needs a structured schedule for her bio-breaks, though. She cannot wait too long to be let out to do her business. She wasn’t completely housebroken when she came to FBRN and occasionally can be very subtle in her cues to go out. She needs someone who is paying close attention to her needs and doesn’t get distracted or lose track of time. A family who has someone who can come home for lunch would be nice for her – a family who has someone at home all the time would be a dream. She loves people of all ages and responds to several commands! She is great on a leash and will stay in a crate without sounding the alarms. What more could you ask for in a leading lady?

Stella’s Stage Manager (aka Foster Mom) says this about her, “Stella has a sweet personality and will love whoever chooses to adopt this special lady. She really is quiet and well behaved. She can get excited with new guests, but takes commands very well. She responds to ‘Stella Go Pee,’ ‘Stella Go Poop,’ ‘Stella Cage,’ and ‘Stella Relax.’ She is great with kids and shows no sign of any aggression. She loves to hang out without crowding your space.” Her stage assistant echoes these sentiments saying Stella will relax after an initial period of excitement, will always go potty outside when asked (but after a period of time, may accidentally go inside, too), loves kids of all ages and would do well in just about any type of home. So, the votes are in and it appears everyone backstage loves working with Stella!
