Wicket arrived in FBRN care after a Good Samaritan wanted a better life for him, and we are so happy to help. Before arriving in foster care, Wicket spent the better part of his days in a kennel, so he is more than happy to be playing in the fresh outdoors and getting lots of love and snuggles with his foster family!

Wicket has been friendly to all he meets – adults, children, other dogs (both male and female), doesn’t matter to Wicket, everyone is a friend! He enjoys playing in the fenced yard and chewing on sticks of all sizes. His foster family quickly replaces those with more appropriate chew toys! Wicket is definitely a busy boy, as most puppies are, and ever so needy. His forever home should be prepared for puppy antics and committed to continued puppy training.

Wicket is the complete package; he’s happy snuggling for hours or playing with new toys. Always being curious and inquisitive as a puppy is. Wicket would be best suited for a family with someone who works from home, maybe with a few kiddos around, or he could possibly enjoy chilling at the office since he loves to be around people. He is an attention sponge!

Here are a few words from Wicket’s foster mom, “I’ve never owned a male dog because I’ve always assumed females have calmer temperaments etc. Wicket, however, has completely stolen my heart! He loves to just crawl into someone’s lap or lay across them on the couch and cuddle. He’s so inquisitive and loves to learn new things, meet new people, and new doggie friends. He has been such an easy integration into our family.”
