About Cappuccino
Cappuccino has come to warm our hearts this January. His foster mom describes him as a 4-year-old sweet little bowling ball of love! Cappuccino was surrendered to FBRN when his previous family realized they were not able to devote the time needed to care for him during his rehabilitation.
Cappuccino had spinal surgery in May of 2020 to correct spinal cord compression due to a herniated disc. He has recovered wonderfully and is able to walk for quite a few feet and will even stand on his back legs for short periods, but he does have considerable weakness in his back legs. We’ll have more to report after his veterinary exam, but other than needing a neuter; Cappuccino doesn’t seem to be in need of much in the health department.
Cappuccino has been on his best behavior since arriving at his new foster home. He is super friendly, happy, and loves any and all attention – bring on all the belly rubs! Cappuccino is not bothered with city sounds or other dogs barking. He hasn’t exhibited any disruptive or destructive behavior and sleeps throughout the night with no issues. Cappuccino is getting used to the good life and will be starting physical therapy soon.
Sweet Cappuccino arrived without a penny in his piggy bank, and if you’re able, we know he’d really appreciate your support! Just click on the banner above and tell us it’s for Cappuccino.
