Meet FBRN’s newest foster, Chap! He arrived in his foster home in Colorado all the way from Texas where he was found to be living outside in the heat. A kind family offered to take him in, and they tried and provide a better life for him. Unfortunately, due to his medical needs, they decided it was best to surrender this sweet boy to FBRN.

In late June, Chap suddenly experienced rear end weakness after having an abscess on his chin drained. Now that he’s in foster care, Chap is working to perfect his baby seal crawl. He’s also going to lose a bit of weight, get neutered, have multiple spa days to take care of his skin, and work on getting better use of his back legs with some physical therapy.

Phew! That’s a lot going on for this handsome cream-puff, but we’re happy to help. Especially considering that Chap is the goodest of good boys, and just look at the photos, he’s simply THE cutest thing! His foster mom reports that he loves to cuddle, give kisses, and roll on his back for belly rubs. His tongue is always hanging out in some type of fashion, and he’s also the loudest Frenchie his foster family has had the pleasure of knowing.
