Please give a warm welcome to gorgeous, 5-year-old brindle lady, Charlie! Charlie was tearfully surrendered to FBRN by her former owners when they were unable to afford the care she will need to manage her Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD).

Currently, Charlie is using a cart to get around so that her lower back and legs can have a rest and heal. Other than her IVDD diagnosis, she is in excellent health. Charlie has become quick friends with her Frenchie foster sister who also uses a cart to get around. They both love cruising around the block together and saying hi to all the neighbors. Charlie will be going in for a physical therapy evaluation soon. We are hopeful that her prognosis is good and that she will be able to walk again.
