Please welcome FBRN’s newest little lady, Freya. Freya’s previous owners came to realize that they were unable to manage her care due to her numerous health issues and made the decision to the surrender her to their local animal shelter. The shelter reached out to FBRN, and of course we swooped right in to help her. After all, helping Frenchie’s with stubborn health issues is sort of our specialty.

This poor girl is an itchy mess with skin infections, very little fur and raw skin. In addition to her skin issues, she also has an ear infection, dry eyes and allergies. As you might imagine, Freya is just not feeling anywhere near her best self and is also a little bit unsure of her new surroundings. She doesn’t know it yet but with FBRN in her corner, she is on the road to the good life. Freya is still figuring out all the changes that have come her way…but her foster mom says she is sweet, curious and up for the challenge.

Oh and guess what? Freya is also about to celebrate her 1^st full year around the sun this month. That’s right, this girl will be turning ONE!
