UPDATE On 03-11-2023: You may have noticed that George is back on the foster page after making his available page debut. As it turns out, George exhibited some naughty behavior and we feel it’s best for George to spend a little more time in foster care before looking for his forever home.

George arrived in FBRN care when his previous owner’s personal situation and George’s expenses weren’t quite lining up. As you know, princes can be quite a handful. George is what we call a “Velcro Frenchie” because he loves to be near his favorite people. He is a very happy boy who can go from lazing around to playing fetch in the yard.

On a typical day, George will lay in the sun and sleep while his foster family works from home, but the minute they get up he is ready to go! He LOVES to run outside in the yard and play with his squeaky toys…he also loves to run away when it’s time to have a serious conversion. What a trickster! In addition to being notoriously cute, George also loves training and walks, and did we mention how much this guy enjoys sun bathing yet? On sunny days it’s pretty much guaranteed that you will find him in the warmest spot he can find.

George is a very sweet boy who will gently take treats from your hand. Although, he does like to play tug and will try to get toys from other dogs. George is a very social guy and he does not like to be left alone. He will typically follow his favorite person from room to room and cry if they go out of his sight. He is learning to do things without his human nearby and is becoming more independent.
