This four-year-old girl is definitely a statement piece and she was loved dearly by her previous owner. However, after a recent bout with IVDD, her former owner was heartbroken to find that she couldn’t afford to give Gucci the costly surgery she desperately needed. That’s when she made the difficult decision to surrender Gucci to FBRN.

So far, Gucci’s time in foster care has been filled with lots of crate rest after her much-needed spinal surgery. She has a great go-with-the-flow attitude and with continued rest, she is expected to make a full recovery. She may always be susceptible to IVDD flare ups in the future and should always be carried up and down stairs and never allowed to jump on or off furniture.
