Four-month-old Hanson has joined FBRN’s band, and not a moment too soon. Hanson was surrendered by a kind Samaritan who had connections with a “breeder.” He was attacked by a large dog and then abandoned along with his littermate, Jonas, in an absolutely dire condition.

He was immediately admitted to a hospital where he has been receiving IV pain medication, antibiotics, and fluids. He has a severe infection from his extensive injuries and a broken jaw, but in true Frenchie form has shown immense resilience. Hanson has a very long road ahead of him, including an eye removal and skin graft, but FBRN is committed to his recovery.
