Our newest heartbreaker has arrived. Four-month-old puppy Jonas has joined FBRN, and not a moment too soon. Jonas was surrendered by a kind Samaritan who had connections with a “breeder.” He was attacked by a large dog and then abandoned along with his littermate, Hanson, in an absolutely dire condition.

He was immediately admitted to a hospital where he has been receiving IV pain medication, antibiotics, and fluids. He has a severe infection from his injuries, but in true Frenchie form has shown immense resilience. Jonas has a very long road ahead of him, including an eye removal, but FBRN is committed to his recovery.
