Please welcome baby Lorelei to the FBRN family. She came to us from an ER vet after her previous family realized they could not meet her medical expenses. Lorelei was surrendered with her sister, Rory, who is just as adorable as and a bit larger than Lorelei.

At two months old, Lorelei is just coming into her personality. She talks and howls whenever she wants attention, especially to be picked up for cuddles. She runs around and hops everywhere – in between naps. Lorelei loves toys and “complains” to her foster mom when the toys are too big and she’s too little to get them! Recently, she discovered the TV and will sit now sit and watch for a while.

In terms of health, Lorelei was thought to have a seizure disorder. While she hasn’t had any seizures in foster care, she will need to be monitored as she develops. It will take some time to determine if she has any ongoing issues or deficits that may need to be addressed.
