Let’s all give a big welcome to FBRN’s latest foster gal, Noel. Noel is a sweet three-year-old Frenchie who was surrendered from a commercial breeder. Like many mommas in her position, Noel arrived in her foster home a little distrustful of humans. With a little time and TLC, we have no doubt that Noel will learn how wonderful life is as a spoiled pup!

Noel will need to visit the vet to ensure she’s in good health and she will also need to be spayed. She is underweight but foster mom is already giving her lots of snacks and working on plumping her up! Most importantly, Noel needs to learn to be a dog before she will be ready for her forever home. She’s a quick learner and has already figured out she enjoys fluffy dog beds!
