Please welcome our latest handsome pied boy, Philly! Philly was surrendered to FBRN due to health issues, specifically spinal problems. Philly will be evaluated soon to determine his medical needs. In the meantime, he’s settling into his foster home rather nicely.

Philly is three and a half years old, and as you can see from his picture, cuts quite a figure. His foster Mom says he has already endeared himself to the whole family. He’s settled right in with his four-legged foster brother and enjoys surveying the neighborhood through the door while being cool in the house. Moving from New Jersey to North Carolina is a big change temperature-wise!
