Who is the newest tall, dark and handsome FBRN Frenchie on the foster page? It’s 3.5-year-old Samson! Okay, he’s not necessarily dark with his light merle coat, but tall and handsome definitely fit the bill. Samson ended up in a shelter with his two sisters after his former owner was involved in a car accident then never redeemed them so FBRN swooped in to save all three.

While in foster care, we have learned that Samson is potty trained, a bit of a picky eater and loves to admire his good looks in a mirror. Like his namesake who was betrayed by Delilah, our Samson has some trust issues, but he is as sweet as can be. He stands tall with an impressively large head albeit without the long locks. He is recovering from an eye injury and lets foster mom administer his eye drops four times a day! He needs to be neutered prior to adoption and will be assessed for probable quintessential Frenchie allergies.

Samson arrived to foster without even a penny to his name.
