Please give a sunny California welcome to Toby! This precious 4-year-old boy was surrendered because his family could no longer afford to care for his severe allergies. Thankfully, we are here to help and get this little man feeling better! Toby’s foster mom is a pro when it comes to doggie allergies, and has already been able to relieve some of his skin issues with a medicated bath, a medicated ointment, and skin-soothing balm. Toby is settling nicely into his new environment! His foster mom is starting to pick up on his quirks and see that his Frenchie ‘tude is coming out of its shell. He loves food more than anything. So much so that in the morning, Toby will get up to go potty, eat breakfast, and then promptly take a nap in the sun until it’s time for lunch!
