Update On 04-02-2022 : Sweet Norton crossed the rainbow bridge on 3/20/2022. It is believed he had a nasal tumor that was causing him bleeding and discomfort. Sending hugs and huge thanks to his foster family for all the love and diligent care he received during his time with FBRN.

Update on 03-05-2022: Due to his ripe old age and fragile health, Norton will officially join our other hospice dogs and live out the rest of his days with his foster family.

Norton is a sweet 13-year-old brindle boy who is living the sunny life in his foster home in California! Sadly, Norton was surrendered after being snarky with the toddler in his previous home. No one was harmed during the incident and FBRN is happy to help Norton find an appropriate forever home.

Slowly, Norton is learning his way around his foster family and settling into a new routine. As it turns out, you can teach an old dog new tricks! Norton will take anyone up on giving some love and he loves to snuggle with his people. When it comes to other dogs, Norton may not be the biggest fan! His foster family will be making very slow introductions to their resident pack and we’ll have more to report on Norton as he settles into foster care.
